After we receive your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time may take approximately 2-3 business days, it can also be affected by the item's stock status.
Why we don't find my tracking Number and order Status is not changed?Our handling time is about 2-3 business days, we will provide you the tracking number as soon as the order is processed,your patient is much appreciated.
We Offer 30 days Return. Any reason of items can be returned back during the time. For reason caused by the customer (Doesn't like it, Size or some other reasons like this), customer will need to cover return shipping cost and original shipping cost will be calculated (Including free shipping items) and deducted from total amount. We will cover all shipping cost if the item is defective.Returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For defective item, you may also provide us the photos and we will solve the problem at customer's request (Refund or exchange and no need to return)
Items that will not be eligible for a refund:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Your refund will be processed and you will be informed once your return is received and inspected, money will be only refunded back to original method of payment (Paypal) within a certain amount of days.
Delay on refund
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your paypal or bank account again. Then contact paypal,it may take 3-5 days for them to process it if you pay by credit card through paypal. You may also contact us and we will try our best to help.
All returns must be shipped back with the trackable shipping service and you must get confirmed with us first and then provide the tracking number to Service@ilovethedress.com
